TASTING NOTES
This single variety is only one red meat vine grape in the world. Made from Qveri method with skin contacted, these processes give the superb result in fruity flavor with fine tannin, strong without bold. With unfiltered process, this gives the wine a little unique fizziness. This wine is suitable for oily dishes such as deep fried, grill steak, smoked. It also good to drink with antipasti, antipasto and cold cuts.
