TASTING NOTES
The bubble is thin and creamy due to its long aging, the cork ageing also give it different characteristics. With an elegant aroma, coffee, cocoa, hazelnut and ripe white fruit are perceived. In the mouth, aging in cork keeps the cava fresh and elegant, and full of hints where soft notes of ripe white fruit, brioche and hazelnut stand out.
