TASTING NOTES
Cava an elegant and creamy bubble. The nose is fruity at the beginning, vanilla and smoke hints. In the mouth you can perceive the complexity and unctuousness, followed by the appearance of compote fruit (quince and apple). Passing through the smoky notes and the vanilla aromas contributed by its passage through the barrel. The aftertaste is long and elegant.
