TASTING NOTES
This wine produced in traditional method in special clay pot buried into the ground call Qvevri. The wine fermented with grape skin, seed and stem, then it can show richness of aromatic like white wine and also show tannin like red wine. It has complexity in the flavor with well balance of acidity and can be long last over several hours or days without deteriorate of quality.
